My name is Marta Styczen. I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia in my early twenties, i.e. nearly 15 years ago. I had been told recovery didn't exist. I accepted my diagnosis but have never believed recovery is impossible. Seven years ago I started my #TravelTherapy which I turned into a anti-stigma & pro-hope project "My beautiful schizophrenic life" in 2016. For my project, I was honoured with the Advocacy Board Membership by the US-based NGO Students With Psychosis. I
I'm an artist, coach and energy philanthropist, passionate about healthy living in harmony with nature and all living beings.
